Exchange POLICY
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange. Zack Slim Jeans will issue a exchange within 3 day after package arrives. After 3 day, no exchange of any kind will be issued.
All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.
Please note: We only process exchanges that were purchased via the online store. Garments purchased at any boutique must be returned to that boutique. Garments purchased from department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.
Zack Slim Jeans provides 3 day exchange. Please e-mail Zackslimjeans@gmail.com for a exchange request, we ask that you inform us of the reason for your request. Once approved you will receive a shipping label to affix to the original packaging, if possible.
Once your package has been received, your exchange will be processed within a few business days.
